CORPORATE SAFETY INITIATIVES 
 
“ALL EYES PROGRAM” 
 
There is a safety incentive reward system on each CCSI project. Employees 
        observed in conduct that enhances their immediate safety as well as the safety 
        of others are randomly rewarded. They are also recognized at group safety 
        meetings for their contributions to safety. Employees that embrace CCSI's 
        "Safety First" philosophy are the first retained on following CCSI projects.
 
“CCSI OPEN DOOR "
 
The open door policy encourages each employee to report any job site condition 
or practice which he feels presents a safety concern to himself or other workers 
on site.  
 
“UNRELENTING SAFETY ” 
 
CCSI has adopted a mandatory daily safety meeting. CCSI believes that site 
safety is not accidental but is generated by daily reinforcement. Each individual 
is asked to express any safety concerns or observations in his or her work 
areas at safety meetings prior to each shift. Noting potential hazards as well as 
existing concerns daily promotes hazard awareness.
 
“DAILY SAFETY AUDIT  PROGRAM”
 
CCSI requires a daily inspection of all equipment, tools, work areas, landing areas 
and access locations. A hard copy is filed daily and kept on site. In addition, it is 
the assigned safety leader or managers responsibility  to do random visuals of all 
work locations.
 
“TIE OFF FOR HOME”
 
CCSI has instituted  the “TIE OFF FOR HOME” policy due to the high number 
of serious injuries and fatalities in Power Plants associated with falls. CCSI 
employees are required to be tied off one hundred percent (100%) of the time. 
Fall protection infractions have a zero tolerance policy. 
 
CCSI’s  EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY ALSO ENHANCES SITE SAFETY.  
CCSI utilizes only safety experienced  Boiler Makers, Journeyman Craftsmen, Tube Welders, 
        Riggers and Safety Professionals. CCSI is able to man its projects with excellent craftsmen 
        due too our extensive, existing labor base developed over the last thirty years by our upper 
        management and ownership. Additionally, CCSI offers competitive wages in order to 
        maintain a highly skilled work force with absolute minimal labor turnover.
